The round, joined by Foundation Capital and Lightspeed Ventures who led previous funding rounds, brings Eightfold.ai’s total funding to $55 million, making it one of the most well-capitalized AI solutions for talent management.

According to Gartner’s 4Q18 Emerging Risks Report and Monitor published January 17, 2019, 63% of surveyed senior executives named talent shortage as the top risk facing organizations in Q4 2018, the top emerging risk in the survey.
