The Shift Toward AI Agents

Enterprise software is entering an agentic era. AI agents are beginning to replace repetitive workflows and directly handle customer and employee interactions. Customer experience, a $400B global industry, was one of the first major categories to be transformed, but this is quickly extending across the enterprise.

Led by founders Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, Wonderful provides an AI operating system that allows enterprises to deploy agents across any use case or modality, and it’s doing so in dozens of markets across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

From our first meetings with Bar and Roey, it was clear that they are exceptional operators: driven, disciplined, and technical. Their go-to-market strategy is both bold and pragmatic. Rather than chasing one-size-fits-all efficiency, Wonderful builds country-specific teams with local GMs, engineers, and enterprise sales leaders. This structure has enabled rapid early traction. In less than a year, Wonderful has become the leading applied AI partner for Israeli enterprises, serving nearly all major banks, insurers, and telcos, including Bank Leumi, Bezeq, and Bank Hapoalim.

Wonderful's platform is differentiated not just by its reach, but by its technical depth. It spans every modality (voice, chat, email, images etc.), is fully model agnostic, and allows enterprises to build, test, and deploy AI agents across any use case, with every agent drawing on the same foundation of governed, permissioned context. Together with forward deployed engineers working directly inside customer environments, the result is a platform that can get agents into production fast, and quickly scale to additional use cases.

The company is expanding across Europe, the Middle East, and LatAm, with active deployments or pilots in Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, and the UAE.

The Broader Opportunity

Once embedded within enterprises, Wonderful is finding that it has the right of first refusal over other agentic workflows, such as onboarding, sales and marketing, claims processing, and healthcare administration.
