I’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology, leadership, and scale. As an engineering executive, I experienced firsthand the challenges of building world-class teams and guiding organizations through rapid growth. My connection to IVP began when I was leading engineering at Coinbase. Working alongside IVP as an operator gave me a front-row seat to how thoughtful, long-term investors can influence a company’s trajectory—not just with capital, but with conviction and counsel. When the time came to explore venture myself, IVP’s combination of people, track record, and culture made the decision an easy one.

As a strategic advisor, I focus on helping founders and CTOs navigate the growing pains that come with scale. Often, that means coaching leaders who are building structure for the first time, while still protecting the culture they’ve worked so hard to create. I share lessons learned from my own wins and mistakes on everything from hiring to org design to performance standards. What motivates me is knowing that even small contributions can connect to something much larger.
