My path into venture wasn’t linear, but looking back, it makes perfect sense to me. I’ve always been drawn to building, whether that meant scaling a startup, launching a product, or shaping a new business within a larger firm. Over time, I realized that what I enjoyed most was the intersection of investing and relationships. The opportunity to partner with LPs to fuel innovation and deliver outcomes that make a difference is what brought me to capital formation, and ultimately, to IVP.

Over the years, I’ve helped raise capital across venture, growth, and across all areas of the public markets. What keeps me especially energized about venture is its forward tilt: while some asset classes focus on engineering the past, venture is about enabling the future. It’s incredibly motivating to know that our work helps visionary companies come to life—and supports LPs whose beneficiaries are teachers, firefighters, researchers, and students. That’s a real win-win in my book.

What drew me to IVP is what keeps me excited every day: a team that’s high on hustle and low on ego, a culture of true partnership, and a long-term mindset rooted in trust. I take pride in understanding what our LPs are solving for, what motivates them, and how to help unlock their success—because I see myself as being on their side of the table.

I try to bring curiosity, energy, and a team-first spirit to everything I do. And whether I’m at work, with loved ones, or on the squash court, I’m reminded daily that improvement comes from showing up, staying humble, and playing the long game.
