Chris will manage the audit and tax reporting responsibilities and handle all fund accounting.

Prior to joining IVP, Chris was a Controller at PS’Soft, a global provider of Asset Management, Service Management and Software License Compliance solutions, where he was responsible for accounting, facilities management, risk management, contracts administration, benefits, and cash management. Previously, Chris was the Controller at BenefitPoint and Liquid Software. Chris started his career in Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant. Chris earned a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
