Angela Zhu

Growing up in China and the United States, I had the chance to witness the shift from analog to digital across two very different countries. I experienced first-hand the ways in which technology can change and improve lives in different contexts, and that’s what venture is all about: helping entrepreneurs build products and services that advance the way we live, work and play.

Over the years, I have invested across different stages of a company’s lifecycle, from early-stage venture and growth equity to private equity and public markets. That experience has given me a unique perspective on how companies grow and develop and what it takes for them to be successful long-term. I relish the opportunity to share these insights and help entrepreneurs think critically and deeply about opportunities, market structure and business fundamentals.

I’m always on the lookout for founders who are building companies with the potential to become generational businesses. Those with a bold vision and strong execution to solve an existing industry’s pain points or to create a completely new market have the potential to make a positive impact for generations to come.
